O1 is preparation of a ‘’Methodological Guide’’ for providing women role models and fighting stereotypes. It will include defining and evaluating of existing tools about women Role in STEM that impact positively and empower females’ stem interest; researching and telling about educational tools that can improve students’ role model image and STEM interest; evaluation and determination of MOOCs platform for education. The guideline will be used for all the process of the project and it will be prepared by the BAU as a university. Other partners will also contribute to the process especially about STEM role models in their country. All partners will provide input to BAU on: Situation of women in STEM in their countries activities/educational tools/games that exist or are used in their countries, Organize one working session where they will discuss with students teachers and professionals the situation and the existing tools in their country, Send feedback to BAU on all issues concerning the Methodological guide.
O2 is design of ‘’Role Model Educational Tools’’. In this context card games, and an augmented reality application of it, guidelines for the games, e-books focusing on role models and a collection of inspiring videos, books and movies will be prepared. Challedu one of the pioneer institution designing educational tools will be the responsible for the process and AIJU will lead the development of the augmented reality app based on the card game. Euphoria Net Srl will lead the collection of videos where each other partner will contribute with at least 3 inspirational videos per country. Sukran Ulgezen Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School will lead the implementation of workshops where each partner will contribute with at least 3 workshops per country.
O3 is ‘‘e-Learning platform-MOOCs’’ which will support teachers to learn about the women role in STEM. They can reach the educational tools from that MOOCs and it will elaborate clearly the tools and activities created by the project output-2 and the ways teachers can use them to empower or get aware their students. It will also give space for interaction with the community of educators and teachers. Output 3 will be implemented by AIJU and all partners will approve the requirements of platform, cooperate and give the material, give feedback.
